NETexponent to manage Audible.com Affiliate Marketing, Media Partnerships and Pay-Per-Click Search Management programs


NEW YORK, (March 7, 2006) - NETexponent, a leading online performance marketing agency, announced today that Audible, Inc., the Internet's leading provider of spoken audio entertainment, information and educational programming, has selected the company to manage and optimize its affiliate programs, media partnerships and search marketing efforts.

NETexponent will look to maximize order volume generated though a custom partnership network marketing channel, primarily by increasing resources devoted to recruiting and managing affiliates and media partners. The program will leverage the robust resources of NETexponent's team-based approach, and generate a larger volume of valuable pay-for-performance orders.

Audible.com offers more than 27,000 digital audio programs that include The New Yorker, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Fresh Air, This American Life, The Ricky Gervais Show and 12,000 audiobook titles from top authors such as Stephen King, John Grisham, and Anne Rice.

After engaging in an initial strategic planning process, NETexponent will focus on the growth, optimization and management of the custom partnership network made up of affiliates and media partners. Affiliates are website publishers who work on a pay-for-performance basis and are managed through automated processes. Media partners are publishers with high-volume potential with whom NETexponent develops one-to-one relationships, and who work on a cost-per-acquisition (CPA) basis.

In addition, NETexponent will provide Audible with pay-per-click (PPC) search management. The agency will set up, manage and optimize paid search keyword buys, including keyword selection, bid management and performance analysis. The overall plan will be optimized to the target CPA.
